In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "joinph," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the legal entity operating the joinph online gaming platform accessible at joinph.win, operating under the PAGCOR regulatory framework.
• "Platform" refers to the joinph website (joinph.win), all associated subdomains, mobile browser interfaces, and any software or application provided by joinph to facilitate gaming services.
• "Member," "you," or "your" refers to any natural person who has registered a joinph account and has been approved to access and use the Platform.
• "Account" refers to the individual member account created upon successful registration on the joinph Platform, including the associated wallet balance.
• "Wallet" or "Account Balance" refers to the PHP-denominated credit balance held in your joinph Account, representing funds deposited by you and any bonus credits duly awarded by joinph.
• "Game" refers to any casino game, slot title, live dealer table, sports betting market, bingo room, or game show accessible through the joinph Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" refers to any stake placed by a Member on any Game using funds from their joinph Account Balance.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free spins credits, or reload bonuses credited to a Member's Account by joinph, which are subject to bonus terms before withdrawal.

By registering an Account, logging in to your existing joinph Account, or otherwise accessing any part of the joinph Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the joinph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the joinph Platform and close your Account. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms.

To register and maintain a joinph Account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your membership:

We strictly prohibit access by minors and will close any Account found to have been created by a person under 21, forfeiting any Bonus Funds and returning any real-money deposits in accordance with PAGCOR procedures.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time you access and use the joinph Platform. Access from outside the Philippines is at the Member's own legal risk; joinph accepts no liability for violations of foreign laws.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• Not a Prohibited Person: You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of joinph or any of its affiliate entities, software providers, or payment processors.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to an active self-exclusion order with joinph or any PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• Compliance with Philippine Law: Your use of the Platform must not violate any applicable Philippine law, regulation, or court order binding upon you.

Registration of a joinph Account is subject to the following rules:

• One Account Policy: Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) joinph Account. The creation of multiple Accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited, regardless of the name, mobile number, email address, or payment method used.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Verification: joinph reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. You must provide all requested identity documents, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, PhilHealth, Postal ID, Driver's License, or Passport), within the timeframes specified by joinph's compliance team.
• Account Approval: joinph reserves the right to decline any Account registration application at its sole and absolute discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.
• No Transfer: Your joinph Account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other person.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your joinph Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PIN (OTP) codes sent to your registered mobile number.

• You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access your joinph Account or place wagers on your behalf.
• You must notify joinph's support team immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to, or suspected compromise of, your Account.
• joinph will never contact you by SMS, email, or live chat to request your full password. Any such communication purportedly from joinph requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.
• joinph is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

All deposits to your joinph Account are subject to the following terms:

• Supported Methods: joinph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, InstaPay, and QR Ph, subject to availability and minimum deposit amounts.
• Minimum Deposit: The current minimum deposit is ₱100 via GCash and Maya. Minimum amounts for bank transfer channels may differ and are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Own Funds Only: You may only deposit funds that belong to you and are legitimately held in your own registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Depositing funds on behalf of another person is prohibited.

• Processing Times: GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your joinph Account within seconds under normal conditions. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 30 minutes depending on the bank's processing schedule.
• Deposit Fees: joinph does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which joinph bears no responsibility.
• Anti-Money Laundering: joinph is obligated under Philippine anti-money laundering laws (AMLA, Republic Act No. 9160 as amended) to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities. Large or unusual deposits may trigger additional verification requirements.

Withdrawal of funds from your joinph Account is governed by the following rules:

• Eligible Balance: Only real-money balance (i.e., deposited funds plus verified winnings) may be withdrawn. Bonus Funds that have not yet satisfied the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawal Methods: Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering requirements.
• Processing Times: GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 15–30 minutes, 24/7. Bank transfer withdrawals may take between 30 minutes and 3 banking hours depending on your bank's processing schedule.

• Right to Withhold: joinph reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal of funds pending the outcome of any investigation into suspected fraud, bonus abuse, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

joinph may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, free spin credits, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and other incentives to its Members. The following general terms apply to all joinph promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirement: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be satisfied in full before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The specific rollover multiplier for each promotion is stated in the promotion's individual terms.
• Eligible Games: Wagering contribution toward rollover requirements varies by game type. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live dealer games and sports betting may contribute a lower percentage or may be excluded from rollover. Specific contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.
• Time Limits: All promotions are subject to an expiry period. Bonus Funds and any associated wagering requirements must be used within the specified period, after which uncompleted wagering requirements and the associated Bonus Funds will be forfeited.

• Modification: joinph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

The following general rules apply to all wagers placed on the joinph Platform:

• Finality of Wagers: Once confirmed by the Platform, a Wager is final and cannot be cancelled or amended by the Member. Confirmation occurs at the moment the wager is accepted by the Platform's system.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all Games and are displayed within each game or market prior to placing a Wager. joinph reserves the right to amend stake limits at any time.
• Insufficient Funds: joinph will not accept a Wager if your Account Balance is insufficient to cover the stake. It is your responsibility to ensure your Account Balance is sufficient before placing a Wager.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a Wager, joinph reserves the right to void the affected Wager and return the stake to the Member's Account Balance. Winnings resulting from demonstrable errors may be cancelled at joinph's sole discretion.
• Jackpots: Progressive jackpots and fixed jackpot prizes displayed on the joinph Platform are subject to the rules of the individual game. In the event of a discrepancy between a displayed jackpot amount and the actual awarded amount, the confirmed game server record shall prevail.
• RNG Certification: All Random Number Generator (RNG) game outcomes on the joinph Platform are produced by independently certified RNG systems. The results of all Games are final as recorded on joinph's game servers.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the joinph Platform. Violation of any prohibition may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account Balance, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using the Platform as a minor (under 21 years of age), or misrepresenting your age during registration or verification.
• Registering, maintaining, or using more than one joinph Account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information in connection with your Account registration or any KYC verification process.
• Using software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or other automated means to access, exploit, or derive advantage from any Game or the Platform itself.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, or coordinated betting activity with other Members or third parties.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage in any Game. Any winnings derived from exploiting software errors will be voided.
• Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other criminal activity.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing joinph staff, live dealers, or other Members through any communication channel provided by the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the joinph Platform's software or infrastructure.

All content on the joinph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software code, user interface designs, trademarks, and trade names, is the intellectual property of joinph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the joinph Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicence, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

All JILI Games and other third-party game titles accessible through joinph are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are licensed to joinph for distribution on the Platform. All rights reserved.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, joinph's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:

• joinph is not liable for gambling losses. Betting involves inherent financial risk. All wagers are made voluntarily by the Member, and joinph assumes no responsibility for the outcome of any wager.
• In no event shall joinph's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your joinph Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

joinph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing tools to help Members maintain healthy gaming habits. The following responsible gaming provisions are incorporated into these Terms as mandatory obligations:

• Deposit Limits: Members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their joinph Account. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Members may set limits on the maximum amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period. Loss limit reductions take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: Members may set maximum session duration limits, after which the Platform will automatically log them out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Members may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing (minimum 1 day). During a cooling-off period, the Account cannot be accessed or used to place wagers.
• Self-Exclusion: Members who believe their gambling may be problematic may request permanent or long-term self-exclusion from the joinph Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for the duration of the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Members may enable periodic on-screen reminders of how long they have been playing during any session.
• Underage Protection: joinph strictly prohibits access by persons under 21 years of age. Members are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access joinph is not accessible by minors.

joinph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any Member Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under 21 years of age.
• Account inactivity exceeding twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Request from PAGCOR, Philippine law enforcement, or any other competent regulatory authority.
• Discovery that the Account holder is subject to an active self-exclusion or gambling prohibition order.

Upon closure of an Account for reasons attributable to Member breach, joinph may, in its discretion, forfeit any remaining Account Balance in excess of the net deposited amount. Real-money deposits not derived from bonus abuse or fraudulent activity will be returned in accordance with PAGCOR procedures.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the rules and regulations promulgated by PAGCOR, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the joinph Platform, or any transaction conducted through the Platform shall first be submitted to joinph's internal dispute resolution process through the 24/7 live chat support. joinph will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 14 business days of receipt of a formal written complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through joinph's internal process, the matter shall be referred to the appropriate jurisdiction of PAGCOR for regulatory disputes, or to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Republic of the Philippines for other disputes.

joinph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made to these Terms, joinph will notify registered Members via the email address or mobile number registered to their Account, and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform homepage prior to the changes taking effect.

The amended Terms will be effective from the date specified in the update notice. Your continued use of the joinph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account prior to the effective date.
